Bellway Homes have submitted several amendments to their original speculative planning proposals PL/2026/02717 and listed building consent application PL/2026/04915.
There are major changes including new entrance, revised major drainage proposal and effect on listed buildings. There are other changes yet to be fully analysed. EBBRAG have asked Wiltshire Council to delay the consultation date of 28 Oct to allow measured technical and response to these amendments.
You may like to read these amendments on the Wiltshire planning portal but it is not clear if all updated documents have yet been submitted.
The Committee meets tomorrow to attempt to assess and provide guidance if new objections are required or your original objections are still relevant – certainly the new proposed entrance and drainage strategy require comment.
